In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, add chana, urad dal and cashews
Fry till they become golden in colour.
Add onions , grated carrot, chillies, ginger, curry leaves and fry till they become transparent.
Fry for a minute and add water.
When the water comes to a boil, lower the flame and add semolina and salt to it.Keep on stirring.
If the mixture looks dry, then add some more water.simmer for 2 -3 minutes
Add the sambar masala, and garam masala
Sprinkle lemon juice
Do the plating, garnish with carrot, cilantro and serve hot wid coconut or green chutney
