Dry Roast and break the papads into 1 inch squares.
Heat ghee in a saucepan, add cumin seeds & mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Add chilli powder,curds and water simultaneously.
Stir till there are no lumps. Add turmeric, dhania powder, sabji masala and salt.
Boil.Add papads and coriander and garam masala.
Boil for 3-4 minutes.Serve papad ki sabzi hot with chappatis.
