Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos medium sized dal papads


  • 2 tbsp curd churned


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1-2 pinch turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp sabji masala


  • 1-2 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1 pinch salt or to taste as little is required due to salty papads


  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Dry Roast and break the papads into 1 inch squares.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan, add cumin seeds & mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  • Add chilli powder,curds and water simultaneously.
  • Stir till there are no lumps. Add turmeric, dhania powder, sabji masala and salt.
  • Boil.Add papads and coriander and garam masala.
  • Boil for 3-4 minutes.Serve papad ki sabzi hot with chappatis.
