Broccoli florets 2 cups
Roasted oats powder 2 tsp
chopped onion 1 nos
Garlic cloves 4-5 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Water 3-4 cups
Black pepper powder 1-2 tsp
Directions
Wash broccoli florets properly
In a container take broccoli florets, chopped onion, garlic cloves , salt to taste and add 2-3 cups of water
Cook it covered for 5 minutes on low heat, stirr occasionally
Let it cool for sometime
Blend it a blender till smooth
Cook it again , add black pepper powder , adjust consistency by adding water
Give it a proper boil
Ready to serve
