  • 1/2 cups black millet (bajra flour)

  • 1/2 cups white millet( jowar flour)

  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 cups water or as needed

  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce (optional)

  • 1 nos onion diced

  • 1 nos tomato diced

  • 1 nos capsicum diced

  • 1 nos green chilli chopped

  • 1/2 cups corn kernels

  • 10-12 nos black olives

  • 1 cups grated cheese

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp italian herbs


  • in a bowl add bajra flour, jowar flour, salt and add water little by little to make stiff dough. Cover it with a lid and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. keep aside. If you want you can use only bajra flour or only jowar flour. If using oven pre heat it at 180° C.
  • After 15 minutes take half portion of the dough and start rolling it sprinkle little flour if needed. Heat a tava on high flame. Cook the bhakri from one side for 30-40 seconds. Flip it again cook it for 30 seconds. Remove the tava and cook bhakri directly over the flame. Don't burn or break it. Be very careful.
  • Follow the same process for remaining dough.
  • Spread pizza and red chilli sauce. Spread half of the cheese. Add veggies. Feel free to add your favourite toppings. Add the remaining cheese. Sprinkle Italian herbs and chilli flakes or else sprinkle them later.
  • Bake it for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. If using tava cover if with a lid and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle Italian herbs and chilli flakes.
  • Serve immediately.Enjoy☺
