Ingredients

  • Tomatoes chopped 4 nos

  • Beetroot chopped 1 tsp

  • Onion chopped 1 nos

  • Carrot chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic cloves 4-5 nos

  • Black pepper corns 8-10 nos

  • Salt to taste approximately 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pressure cooker take all the chopped veggies, black peppercorns and salt according to taste

    Add two cups of water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles

  • 03

    let it cool for sometime and then blend it into a blender till smooth

  • 04

    Add some butter to it and adjust consistency by adding water

  • 05

    Give it a proper boil

  • 06

    Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately
