  • 4 nos tomatoes chopped

  • 1 tsp beetroot chopped

  • 1 nos onion chopped

  • 1 nos carrot chopped

  • 4-5 nos garlic cloves

  • 8-10 nos black pepper corns

  • 1 tsp salt to taste approximately


  • In a pressure cooker take all the chopped veggies, black peppercorns and salt according to taste
  • Add two cups of water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles
  • let it cool for sometime and then blend it into a blender till smooth
  • Add some butter to it and adjust consistency by adding water
  • Give it a proper boil
  • Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately
