Cook maggi noodle as per packet instructions.
Transfer cooked Maggie in a bowl. Add maggi taste maker, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, coriander leaves and mix well. Add water as needed to coat the noodles well. Make semi dry consistency so that it is easy to spread the noodles. Adjust the quantity of masalas as per your taste.
Heat non stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Add maggi and spread it in a round circle.
Allow it to cook on medium to low flame for 2-3 minutes each side till golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip it or else it will break. 😑
Follow the same process for remaining mixture. Switch off the flame and transfer the maggi noodle pancakes to the serving plate.
Serve hot with red chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.Enjoy 😊
