full urad dhal white 1/4 cups
basmati rice 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 cups
cardamoms 2 nos
Saffron thread to garnish 8 nos
ghee melted 1/4 cups
Badam made into half 4 nos
First dry roast the urad dhal till brown and keep aside to cool.Now roast the rice till brown and keep aside. Then once cool powder it in small mixer with cardamom into a corse powder. Keep it aside on a plate. Then powder the sugar and mix both and roast it for one mix again. Now take little by little powder and pour ghee to little portion and make balls out of it, make sure you do not mix the ghee fully at one go the balls will not form if cooled. We can get 8 to 10 balls with this quantity.
Make balls like this take small quantity of mixture then incorporate the ghee into it slowly.
Garnish with saffron and cut badam.
