Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms paneer


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp cashews


  • 2 nos onions roughly chopped


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves for paste


  • 1 inch ginger piece chopped


  • 1 nos black cardamon


  • 1 nos small cardamon


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (to taste)


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 1 tsp green coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Melt butter in a frying pan and Add chopped onions, kasoori methi, ginger, small and black cardamon salt, pepper and red chilli powder to it.
  • Cook covered till it become tender.
  • Cool this mixture and blend it in a blender with coriander and cashews.
  • Keep this pulp on flame & slowly cook it.
  • Add paneer masala, garam masala and sugar to it.
  • Add paneer pieces to it & cook for 2-3 minutes .
  • Now mix beaten cream to it. Mix it
  • Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot with roti / paratha / naan .
