Melt butter in a frying pan and Add chopped onions, kasoori methi, ginger, small and black cardamon salt, pepper and red chilli powder to it.
Cook covered till it become tender.
Cool this mixture and blend it in a blender with coriander and cashews.
Keep this pulp on flame & slowly cook it.
Add paneer masala, garam masala and sugar to it.
Add paneer pieces to it & cook for 2-3 minutes .
Now mix beaten cream to it. Mix it
Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot with roti / paratha / naan .
