Prepare The 2nd Marinade In A Large Bowl As Follows.Beat The Egg Lightly & Add The Curds To It.
Add All Other Ingredients Listed Under 2nd Marinade.
Take The Fish Marinated With The 1st Marinade & Discard The Liquids If Any.
Now Rub The 2nd Marinade To It. Try & Fill The Slits Also With The Marinade.
Cover With A Lid & Keep In The Refrigerator For 30 Mints.Meanwhile Make A Paste With 1tbsp Mustard Seeds ,1green Chilli ..Then Filtered The Mustard Paste.
Add A Pinch Of Salt & Turmeric Powder .
To The Kadai Add Mustatd Oil, Nigella Seeds.Then Add The Filtered Mustard Paste & Coconut Milk.
Then Add Salt & Turmeric Powder.
Cook For A Mints With Constant Stirring On Medium Flame .
The Mustard Coconut Sauce Is Ready.Now Grilled The Marinated Fishes On A Grill Pan.
Pour The Mustard Coconut Sauce On A Serving Plate & Then Place The Grilled Pomfret Over It.
