  • 1 cups flattened rice or poha washed and soaked

  • 1 nos carrot chopped

  • 1 nos capsicum chopped

  • 2 nos onion chopped

  • 1 nos tomato chopped

  • 1 nos potato chopped

  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts

  • 1 nos cucumber chopped

  • 2 nos green chilly chopped

  • 1 nos lemon juice

  • 1 tsp haldi, red chilly powder, salt, sugar, chaat masala, mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 1/4 cups chopped coriander, curry leaves


  • Heat ghee in a wok and add mustard seeds as it crackle add curry leaves, green chilly, onion and stir add carrot, capsicum and potato and saute for few min meanwhile add haldi powder, red chilly powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala in soaked poha and mix it
  • Add this poha in a wok and stir it and cover it for a min.. add peanuts, chopped tomatoes and cucumber and serve it while hot
