Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
Add the ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and fry for 20 seconds.
Add the vegetables and mix well.
After 30 seconds add the lemon juice, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder, everest sabji masala and crushed kasuri methi.
Stir to mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cream
Remove from heat and serve hot with chapati or rice.
