Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Carrots – chopped 1/4 cups

  • Beans – chopped 1/4 cups

  • Capsicum – chopped 1/4 cups

  • Tomatoes –chopped 1/4 cups

  • Onions – medium chopped 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Cauliflower small florets 1/2 cups

  • Green Chillies –chopped 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 sprig

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • Everest Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Everest Sabji masala 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Salt ,as per taste 1 tsp

  • Fresh cream 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.

  • 02

    Add the ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and fry for 20 seconds.

    Add the vegetables and mix well.

  • 04

    After 30 seconds add the lemon juice, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder, everest sabji masala and crushed kasuri methi.

    Stir to mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and cream

  • 07

    Remove from heat and serve hot with chapati or rice.
