Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cups carrots – chopped


  • 1/4 cups beans – chopped


  • 1/4 cups capsicum – chopped


  • 1/4 cups tomatoes –chopped


  • 2 nos onions – medium chopped


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups cauliflower small florets


  • 2 nos green chillies –chopped


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tsp everest red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp everest sabji masala


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp salt ,as per taste


  • 1 tsp fresh cream

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and fry for 20 seconds.
  • Add the vegetables and mix well.
  • After 30 seconds add the lemon juice, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder, everest sabji masala and crushed kasuri methi.
  • Stir to mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and cream
  • Remove from heat and serve hot with chapati or rice.
