Ingredients
Serves 4
Carrots – chopped 1/4 cups
Beans – chopped 1/4 cups
Capsicum – chopped 1/4 cups
Tomatoes –chopped 1/4 cups
Onions – medium chopped 2 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Cauliflower small florets 1/2 cups
Green Chillies –chopped 2 nos
Coriander Leaves 1 sprig
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Everest Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Everest Sabji masala 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt ,as per taste 1 tsp
Fresh cream 1 tsp
Directions
Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
Add the ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and fry for 20 seconds.
Add the vegetables and mix well.
After 30 seconds add the lemon juice, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper powder, everest sabji masala and crushed kasuri methi.
Stir to mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cream
Remove from heat and serve hot with chapati or rice.
