Put yeast and 1 spoon sugar in 100 ml luke warm water.
Wait until it fermented well.
Put maida flour in a bowl, add 3 spoons butter, fermented yeast and salt
Knead well, add some maida to get required consistency.
Apply 1 spoon butter on the dough, close this with a wet cloth for 2 hrs
After 2 hrs take a plate and grease it with butter.
Spread the dough on the plate
Prick it with a fork and apply pizza sauce on the surface
Grate cheese on the sauce, arrange the vegetables on the pizza
Again grate some cheese on the vegetables and put them inside a cooker.
The cooker should be preheated for 15 minutes with salt inside
Cooker should be used without weight and gasket
Put the pizza inside the cooker and close it with its lid.
Bake for 10 minutes
Switch off the gas, open the cooker after 5 minutes and cut the pizza into 4 parts
