Ingredients

Serves 4

  • rice 1 cups

  • green urad dal 1/2 cups

  • matar 1/2 cups

  • potato chopped 1 nos

  • carrot chopped 1 nos

  • chopped palak 1/2 cups

  • small capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • green chilly 1 nos

  • grated ginger 1 piece

  • hing 1 tsp

  • red chilly pwd 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • jeera 1/2 tsp

  • laung 1/2 tsp

  • black Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    First soak dal n rice after wash for 30 mints. Wash veges n cut them

  • 02

    Heat ghee in cooker add hing,jeera,grated ginger crushed pepper,laung and roast for a min.

    add veggies and stir it

    add haldi,red chilly pwd and garam masala.

    add dal and rice and fry it for few min add five times water

  • 06

    according to the quantity of rice and dal pressure cook for one whistle.

    serve it with salad,papad and fresh achaar
