Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rice


  • 1/2 cups green urad dal


  • 1/2 cups matar


  • 1 nos potato chopped


  • 1 nos carrot chopped


  • 1/2 cups chopped palak


  • 1 nos small capsicum chopped


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 piece grated ginger


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly pwd


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp laung


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • First soak dal n rice after wash for 30 mints. Wash veges n cut them
  • Heat ghee in cooker add hing,jeera,grated ginger crushed pepper,laung and roast for a min.
  • add veggies and stir it
  • add haldi,red chilly pwd and garam masala.
  • add dal and rice and fry it for few min add five times water
  • according to the quantity of rice and dal pressure cook for one whistle.
  • serve it with salad,papad and fresh achaar
