rice 1 cups
green urad dal 1/2 cups
matar 1/2 cups
potato chopped 1 nos
carrot chopped 1 nos
chopped palak 1/2 cups
small capsicum chopped 1 nos
green chilly 1 nos
grated ginger 1 piece
hing 1 tsp
red chilly pwd 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
laung 1/2 tsp
black Pepper 1/2 tsp
ghee 1 tsp
Directions
First soak dal n rice after wash for 30 mints. Wash veges n cut them
Heat ghee in cooker add hing,jeera,grated ginger crushed pepper,laung and roast for a min.
add veggies and stir it
add haldi,red chilly pwd and garam masala.
add dal and rice and fry it for few min add five times water
according to the quantity of rice and dal pressure cook for one whistle.
serve it with salad,papad and fresh achaar
