Mix wheat flour with two spoons oil and one spoon salt
Grate the beetroot grind it in the mixie and filter the juice
Pour this beetroot juice into wheat flour and knead it well
close this with a wet cloth and soak it for 30 minutes
meanwhile we can prepare potato masala
Cook the potatoes in the cooker and mash them.
Put a Kadai on the gas stove.
when it is hot add 3 spoons oil
add mustard and urad dal
after they splutters add onions
Saute it for some time
Add carrot pieces , finely chopped green chilies and ginger pieces and saute them for sometime
add tomatoes and saute well.
add salt and turmeric powder
Pour 2 cup of water and add mashed potatoes.
Boil them until it reaches thicker consistency and switch off the stove
Prepare small puris with the wheat dough and deep fry them in oil.
Serve hot with potato masala
