Heat cooker to make green peas dal.Add oi in it.Meanwhile take tomato and green chilly and make paste.When oil is hot enough add cumin seed.Roast it add hing,haldi,coriander pwd and slightly roast.Add green chilly tomato padte,ginger paste,red chilly pwd roast the masala till oil floats over it
meanwhile grind the green peas coarsely
Add coarsely grinded green peas into it.Roast it with spuces for a min.Add water .Mix it well and add salt .Close the cooker untill a single whistle Then turn off the flame
Once the pressure escape dal is cooked and ready keep the dal dense and slurry as desired.Add green coriander chopped,garam masala and mix it Dal is ready take it out in a bowl
For more flavour add tempering.For that heat ghee add jeera,red chilly and one green chilly
