Ingredients

2 cups maida
1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cups besan
1/4 cups rava
1/2 cups oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sabut dhania
1 tsp sauf
1/2 tsp kalimirch
4 nos laung
1/2 tsp heeng
1 pinch salt as per taste
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 cups oil for frying
Directions
Coaresly pwd sauf,kalimirch,dhania and laung
Mix all flour and add salt ,jeera,ajwain,kasuri methi,heeng, garam masala and coaresly made pwd mix it nicely add oil and mix it add water in batches to make a dough.
rest it for 1/2 hour and makevflwer shape mathri
