Dosa batter : All ingredients soaked for 6hrs and grinded to fine paste and kept for fermentation for 7-8 hrs
Filling : Heat oil in a wok add rai ad splutter add curry leaves and both dal
Let it be brown add all masala
Add potato,peas and paneer
Sprinkle some water and fry it add coriander leaves
In a muffin mould put some batter than add spoonful potato filling and again put dosa batter and bake in preheatd oven at 200 degree for 20 mins and serve it wuth chutney and sambhar
