Chop kathal in small pieces and cook in cooker for one whistle
Drain the water and let it cool
Heat one tbsp oil in a wok and add besan and cook at low flame till aroma comes than add all the masala and mix it than add coriander, chilly, ginger and mint than add boiled kathal and mix it till it forms a dough
Heat oil in a pan and make a patty with the paste and shallow fry it and enjoy hot with coriander mint chutney
