Leftover Dal 1 1/2 cups
Rava 1/2 cups
Onion chopped 1 nos
Fresh Coriander 4-5 nos
green chilli 2 nos
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Red Chilli to taste 1 tsp
Breadcrumb 1/2 cups
Take Rava in a pan and dry roast it.
In a wok add oil, cumin seeds, add onions and saute for 2 minutes. add green chili, salt, red chilli.
Add Dal and roasted Rava to it.
Cook until water get absorbed and it becomes dry.Let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After refrigerate start shaping tikkis .
depending upon your health choice you can deep fry it or shallow fry the tikkis.
Tikkis are ready . you can serve with mint and tamarind chutney.
