  • 500 gms fish pieces

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 5 nos curry leaves

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp roasted whole red chilly powder

  • 2 nos green chilly cut in slit

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 tbsp oil for frying


  • Marinate Fish With Turmeric Powder,Roasted Coriander Powder,Roasted Whole Red Chilly Powder,Ginger Garlic Poate,Lemon Juice And Salt.
  • Rest For Half An Hour.
  • Heat Oil In A Non Stick Pan.
  • Shallow Fry The Fish Pieces. Add Green Chill And Curry Leaves.
  • Fry Both The Sides. Serve Hot.
