Ingredients

  • Fish pieces 500 gms

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Curry leaves 5 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Roasted whole red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Green chilly cut in slit 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for frying 4 tbsp

    Marinate Fish With Turmeric Powder,Roasted Coriander Powder,Roasted Whole Red Chilly Powder,Ginger Garlic Poate,Lemon Juice And Salt.

    Rest For Half An Hour.

    Heat Oil In A Non Stick Pan.

    Shallow Fry The Fish Pieces. Add Green Chill And Curry Leaves.

    Fry Both The Sides. Serve Hot.
