Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups macaroni pasta


  • 1/4 cups chopped carrot


  • 1/4 cups chopped green capsicum


  • 1/4 cups sweet corn


  • 4-5 nos spring onion


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce


  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp salt as per taste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 nos cube processed cheese, grated

Directions

  • In a large pot, heat 4 cups water, to this add 1 tbsp salt & 1 tsp oil. When water boils, add macaroni pasta & cook till the pasta is done. Strain excess water & wash under tap water to stop the cooking process.
  • Also boil the sweet corn till its well cooked.
  • Chop the spring onion bulbs & green separately
  • Heat olive oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic & saute for half minute
  • Next add the chopped onion bulbs, saute for a minute on high.
  • Add a large pinch of salt & mix
  • Then add chopped carrots & capsicum. Saute on high till it turns soft.
  • Next add black pepper powder, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce & soy sauce. Mix everything well
  • Then add the boiled macaroni & cheese.
  • Cook for another one minute until the sauces are mixed wellSprinkle spring onion greens & serve
