Firstly take large pan add 2-3glass water add 1sp any oil and some salt put macrooni/elbow pasta and boil it al dante (7-10min.)
Strain hot water immediately by strainer and put some cold on the macrooni for stop rhe cooking and don't get be soft.
Now take a wide pan add oil put slice onion and salute it add ginger garlic paste salute few min. Add chop carrot and toss well .
Now add garam masala add tomato puree andvsalt to taste cook well.
Now add tomato ketchup n cream mix well add boiled macrooni toss well.
Lastly add pepper powder n mix herb mix gently .
