  • 1 1/2 cups macrooni

  • 1/4 cups malai/cream

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil

  • 1 nos onion chop

  • 1 nos carrot chop

  • 1-2 nos green chilli

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/8 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3-4 tbsp tomato ketcup

  • 1/4 cups tomato puree

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder or less according to taste

  • 1/4 tsp mix dry herb


  • Firstly take large pan add 2-3glass water add 1sp any oil and some salt put macrooni/elbow pasta and boil it al dante (7-10min.)
  • Strain hot water immediately by strainer and put some cold on the macrooni for stop rhe cooking and don't get be soft.
  • Now take a wide pan add oil put slice onion and salute it add ginger garlic paste salute few min. Add chop carrot and toss well .
  • Now add garam masala add tomato puree andvsalt to taste cook well.
  • Now add tomato ketchup n cream mix well add boiled macrooni toss well.
  • Lastly add pepper powder n mix herb mix gently .
