Prepare a normal dough and roll out the gattas.
Boil gattas for 7-10 min till they float over hot water.
Take out gattas and cut them into desired shapes.
For Curry :Add oil
Add asafoetida(hing), Add asafoetida(hing),coarinder seeds,ajwain,small tej patha broken,i eliaychi (Bay Leaves& black cardamom), Dry red chilli broken,
Saute them for 2 min.
Add turmeric
Grated Ginger (1 spoon full crushed) and garlic (10-12 garlic) Red chilli powder (1 or 2 spoon as spicy you want) coariander powder (2 spoons) Saute for 2 min.
Add fresh curd (300ml)
and other spices : garam masala
salt (as per your taste) and mix everything well and cook for 5-10 min till curry leaves oil. Add gattas into it and then add kasturi methi (1 spoon crushed) and coarinder leaves.
Serve hot.
