  • 1 cups boiled and mashed arvi

  • 1 cups kuttu flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 2 tbsp chopped green coriander

  • 1/2 tsp jeera pwd

  • 2 cups oil for frying

  • 2 tbsp aanar ke dane


  • Boil and mash arvi add flour ,red chilli pwd and salt and mix it
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Drop pakodi in it and fry till brown
  • Take out in a plate
  • Whisk curd and add salt,red chilli pwd,jeera pwd, and mix it
  • Put pakodi in curd and garnish it with green chutney,imli chutney ,jeera pwd, chaat masala ,chilli pwd and aanar dana
