  • 1 cups for dough : maida

  • 2 tsp ghee

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp for stuffing : oil

  • 1/4 tsp heeng

  • 1/2 tsp jeera pwd

  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd

  • 3-4 nos finely chopped green chilly

  • 2 sprig chopped coriander

  • 1 piece grated ginger

  • 1 tsp fennel pwd

  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala salt to taste

  • 1 cups green peas


  • For dough : mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough...keep it covered for 15-20 min
  • heat oil and add all spices and peas and cook on low flame...when peas are cooked then mash it and take out in plate
  • make a paste which we have to apply on dough while making kachori for crispiness
  • mix 3tbsp ghee and 4 tsp maida and make a paste..use melted ghee take a lemon size ball from a dough and roll it in circle spread ghee mix over it as a layer fold in three layer..roll it again and place two spoon stuffing on it make it as khasta shape and deep fry on low flame and serve it with masaledar aloo sabji
