Take the capsicum and roast it directly on the gas flame
When cool ...peel the skin ..cut into half .....remove the seeds....and chop roughly
In the meantime take a mixer jar and blend the boiled corn and milk to a coarse paste
Keep aside some for garnish
Now in a deep pan put little oil...when hot add chopped onions and garlic...saute fpr a few minutes
Then add the chopped capsicum and blended corn & milk paste
Take little water and add the corn flour in it.
Pour this in the soup....and bring to boil...Add water if required and bring to the consistency you like...
Put salt and red chilly flakes
Garnish with some corn... and chilly flakes. Sprinkle black pepper powder.. Serve hot ...
