For pasta: Pasta 2 cups
For Red sauce: Tomato 2 nos
Kashmiri red chilli 5 nos
chopped onion 3 tsp
chopped garlic 3 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
For Veg Noodles: Hakka noodles pack 1 nos
onion 1 nos
Garlic paste 1 tsp
capsicum 1 nos
tomato 1 nos
carrot 1 nos
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Boil noodle & pasta in different kadhai first.Strain the excess water & keep aside.
Now boil tomato & kashmiri red chilli for sauce.
Make it cool then & make a paste of it.
Heat 1tspn oil ,fry chopped garlic & onion in it.After few minutes,add tomato chilli paste & 2cup of hot water.Boil it till it turns sauce consistency.Add pepper powder,salt & oregano.Sauce is ready.
Add boiled pasta & mix it well.Red sauce pasta is ready.
Now heat 2tspn oil in a pan.Add chopped onion, garlic paste.Saute it for a while
Then add chopped tomato,capsicum,carrot.Cover it & cook it for few mins.
Then add soya sauce , tomato sauce, pepper powder & salt
Add boiled noodles now.Toss it for few mins in high flame.
Take a plate now & serve both the yummy dish.
