Heat butter in a pan.
Add cinnamon,clove,whole black pepper to crackle.
Add onion and garlic and fry till brown,
Add carrot,whole coriander seeds and cumin seeds powder and saute for 2 - 3 mins on medium flame.
Add sweet corn and two cup of water and salt and boil for 8 - 10 mins.
Once cooled,blend in the blender to make a puree..
Add milk in the puree and boil it.
Switch off the gas and add lemon juice.
Serve hot.
