  • For the pizza base :- All purpose flour - 1 bowl

  • Whole wheat flour- 2 bowls

  • Yeast - 1 tspn

  • Water for kneading - about 1/2 cup

  • Salt as per taste - about 1/4 tspn Oil- 1 tspn

  • For the palak sauce :- palak - 10 leaves

  • Onion - 1 chopped

  • Tomato - 1/2 chopped

  • Ginger and garlic chopped - 1 tbspn

  • Green chilly- 2 chopped

  • Jeera - 1/2 tspn

  • Garam masala- 2 pinches

  • Oil- 1 tbspn

  • Salt to taste- about 1/4 tspn For the marination of the paneer:- Paneer- 150 GM's cut into cubes Curd - 2 tbspn Jeera powder- 1/4 tspn

  • Tandoori masala- 1 tspn Red chilly powder- 1/2 tspn Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tspn Turmeric powder- 1/4 tspn salt to taste- about 1/4 tspn For the topping :- Onion- 1 cut into cubes Tomato - half cut into cubes Coloured Bell peppers - (red,green and yellow) - half each cut into cubes Mozzarella cheese- 150 GM's Green chilly - 1 finely chopped


  • Firstly we will make the base...Take a bowl and put the flours in it.Mix it and make a well
  • Take some warm water and put the yeast in it .Let it activate.
  • After a few minutes put salt and pour the yeast in the well and mix the flour with your hand.
  • Knead with required water and keep the dough to rest covered for atleast an hour...Apply little oil on the dough and then cover it...
  • In the meantime.... Take a pan and heat it
  • Put oil and when hot add jeera..
  • Then add chopped onion....saute for a minute
  • Later add chopped green chilly,garlic and ginger....fry for 2 minutes
  • Then add the chopped tomato....cook for 2 minutes
  • Later add the chopped palak leaves
  • Saute for 2 minutes..
  • Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  • Blend this in a blender....put required amount of salt and garam masala....mix well and keep aside
  • For the marination of the paneer take a vessel put the curd ,salt &masalas
  • Then put the paneer cubes ...mix well and keep aside for 1 hour
  • Now after an hour take the kneaded dough make 2 portions
  • Use some dry flour and roll with a rolling pin.
  • Pierce the base all over with a fork
  • Now put the palak sauce and spread it over the base
  • Put grated mozzarella cheese and chopped vegetables and paneer over it
  • Again put one more layer of grated cheese on top
  • Put the green chilly if you like it spicy
  • Preheat the oven in the meantime
  • Later bake it 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes or till nicely brown and crisp
  • Your pizza is ready
