Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups for kabab:soya granules


  • 1 cups channa dal


  • 2 nos bay leaf


  • 4 nos laung


  • 6-7 nos kalimirch


  • 1 piece grated ginger


  • 1 nos chopped green chilly


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 0 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups for paratha : maida


  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take soya granules, dal and sabut masala in a cooker and cook for 2-3 whistle when cool drain the water
  • Grind it to a paste
  • Add ginger, green chilly, coriander, red chilli pwd, salt and chaat masala to a paste and make patty and shallow fry
  • Mix flour, salt and oil and make a soft dough
  • Take a lemon size ball from a dough and roll it in a circle
  • Put it on the griddle and cook it as golden spit appears
  • Take it on a plate and assemble patty on it apply coriander mint chutney on it put slices of onion on it and roll it and once again roast it golden brown by applying ghee
