  • 1 chapati

  • 1/2 medium sized onion

  • 1/2 medium sized tomato

  • 1 green chilli

  • 7-8 black olives

  • 1 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

  • 1 tbsp corn kernels


  • Preheat the oven at 180° C. Chop the veggie the way you like them in your pizza.
  • Place prepared chapati on pizza pan.
  • Spread pizza and red chilli sauce well.
  • Add some grated cheese.
  • Add diced veggies, corn kernels, green chilli, black olives. If you don't want to add green chilli that's alright. Feel free to add your favourite toppings.
  • Top with more cheese. If you like you can add more cheese.
  • Sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  • Bake it for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • If you don't have oven than you can cook it on tava too. Just heat the tava on low flame. Cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. keep checking because we don't want to burn our chapati right?
  • Slice it and serve immediately. Do try this healthy version of pizza. Enjoy. ☺
