Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 chapati

  • 1/2 medium sized onion

  • 1/2 medium sized tomato

  • 1 green chilli

  • 7-8 black olives

  • 1 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

  • 1 tbsp corn kernels

Directions

    Preheat the oven at 180° C. Chop the veggie the way you like them in your pizza.

    Place prepared chapati on pizza pan.

    Spread pizza and red chilli sauce well.

    Add some grated cheese.

    Add diced veggies, corn kernels, green chilli, black olives. If you don't want to add green chilli that's alright. Feel free to add your favourite toppings.

    Top with more cheese. If you like you can add more cheese.

    Sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

    Bake it for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

    If you don't have oven than you can cook it on tava too. Just heat the tava on low flame. Cover it and cook for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. keep checking because we don't want to burn our chapati right?

    Slice it and serve immediately. Do try this healthy version of pizza. Enjoy. ☺
