  • 1 cups left over pulao

  • 1/4 cups aata for binding

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 3 nos whole red chilly

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 inch grated ginger

  • 4-5 nos green chilli

  • 1 tsp rai

  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd


  • Take the rice in a mixing bowl and mash it .now add aata,pinch of salt (as it already in pulao),ginger and mix it properly if it dry than sprinkle some water and bind it like a dough.grease your hand and make a cylindrical with this and steam it.
  • check it by putting knife if it come out clearly than done .swtich off the gas and let it cool.after that cut it in slices .
  • Heat oil in a pan and add rai as it cracker add whole red chilly,green chilly,gram masala,dry mango pwd,red chilly pwd ,pinch of salt and add sliced gatte and mix it well let it to be slightly golden brown and it ready to serve.
