Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 70g Maggi Pazzta Macaroni packet

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 60g unsalted cold butter cubed

  • 50-60g mozzarella cheese sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup cold buttermilk

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • For topping::. 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 minced garlic

  • 1.5 teaspoon parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dill

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add cold Butter and using fork mix until mixture is crumbly

    Add buttermilk and now knead into soft dough. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes

    Cook maggi pazzta as per package instructions and keep it aside

    Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray

  • 05

    Dust surface with flour. Roll the dough into rectangle

    Cut the rolled dough into small rectangles

  • 07

    Place sliced mozzarella cheese over each rectangle

  • 08

    Now add cooked pazzta on top of cheese

    Fold edges and tightly seal it completely. Shape it into ball. There should be no cracks in the balls

    Place balls on baking tray leaving gap between them

  • 11

    Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile melt butter. Add garlic, parsley, salt and dill to butter and mix well

    While the Pazzta bombs are still hot, brush balls with garlic butter. Serve hot
