Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 70g Maggi Pazzta Macaroni packet


  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 60g unsalted cold butter cubed


  • 50-60g mozzarella cheese sliced


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 3/4 cup cold buttermilk


  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  • For topping::. 4 tbsp unsalted butter


  • 2 minced garlic


  • 1.5 teaspoon parsley


  • 1 teaspoon dill


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add cold Butter and using fork mix until mixture is crumbly
  • Add buttermilk and now knead into soft dough. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes
  • Cook maggi pazzta as per package instructions and keep it aside
  • Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
  • Dust surface with flour. Roll the dough into rectangle
  • Cut the rolled dough into small rectangles
  • Place sliced mozzarella cheese over each rectangle
  • Now add cooked pazzta on top of cheese
  • Fold edges and tightly seal it completely. Shape it into ball. There should be no cracks in the balls
  • Place balls on baking tray leaving gap between them
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile melt butter. Add garlic, parsley, salt and dill to butter and mix well
  • While the Pazzta bombs are still hot, brush balls with garlic butter. Serve hot
