  • 1) 1/2 kg Prawns (with Tail) 2) Salt 3) 1 tsp Chilli powder 4) 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 5) 1 Lemon Juice 6) 1 tbsp Garlic paste 7) dash of White pepper powder 8} 1/4 cup Cornflour 9) 1 cup Baking flour (Maida) 10) Orange color (pinch) 11) Samosa wraps (shredds) 12) 1/2 tsp Baking powder

    Marinate prawns in salt, lemon juice, garlic paste, black pepper and chilli powder, for 3 hrs... In a bowl put flours, orange color, baking powder n white pepper then mix with water to very thick paste, put marinated prawns in it n mix with spatula... Then press samosa wraps on each prawn.... keep in fridge for an hr then deep fry till crispy golden brown
