1/2 cup coloured bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. coriander-mint leaves
Directions
In a bowl, combine the pasta, bell peppers and the onion. Add the olive oil, salt, lime juice and pepper powder and toss well. Serve, garnished with coriander and mint leaves. This serves as a light, satisfying meal along with some grilled stuff.
