Mushroom Soup

Serves : 3
  • 8 to 10 mushrooms

  • 4 to 5 pieces broccholli

  • 2 tblspn butter

  • 2 tblspn chopped corriander leaves

  • 1/2 tspn black salt

  • 1/2 tspn black pepper

  • 1 glass of milk

  • 1/2 glass of water

  • 1 Pinch of salt


  • Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
  • Wash broccholi also and cut into pieces.
  • Now take a kadai and add butter to it.
  • Now add Mushroom and broccholi also.
  • Now saute both into the butter.
  • When get sauted, keep few pieces of mushroom and broccholli into the plate.
  • And put rest of the mushroom and broccholi into the mixing jar.
  • Now add water and grind it.
  • On the other hand, take a kadai and add milk in it.
  • Now add the mixture of mushroom into it.
  • Stirr it continously so that it does not get burnt.
  • When first boil comes, then add black salt, black pepper and salt to it.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Now cook it till 5 mins.
  • After it, switch off the flame.
  • Add few pieces of mushroom and broccholi into the soup, if anybody wants.
  • Garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
