  • 4 to 5 pieces of gud,shakkar,one glass water for gud ki chashni,and one glass water for boiling tamarind,1 tablespoon salt,1 tablespoon black pepper powder,1 tablespoon chaat masala,1 tablespoon kitchen king

  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder


  • Boil one glass of water and put gud pieces inside to make chashni.on the other side boil tamarind in one glass of water.now after soften the tamarind mash it and separate with the help of sieve or chhalni.saparete all hard little parts of tamarind and make it smooth,add spices and gud ki chashni.your very delicious tamarind chatni is ready to serve with any dish
