Meatballs With Spaghetti

  • 1/2 nos spaghetti pasta pack

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 nos onion chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic chopped

  • 4 nos tomatoes pureed

  • 1/4 tsp oregano

  • 3/4 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp peppper powder

  • 2 tsp for meatballs :ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 250 gms mutton mince

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • Cook the spaghetti in 2-3litres of salted boiling water for 9-10mins.Stir occasionally and drain well.
  • For meatballs, in a bowl mix minced mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, form into balls.Deep fry the balls in hot oil and keep aside.
  • For sauce, in a pan , saute onion and garlic in olive oil.Add tomatoes puree, salt, sugar, pepper.Boil till the sauce thickens.
  • Now add fried meatballs to the sauce and coat them with the sauce.Keep aside..
  • Next add the spaghetti to the sauce and toss for a minute or two.
  • Remove the spaghetti in a serving dish and top with the meatballs.Serve hot.
