Cook the spaghetti in 2-3litres of salted boiling water for 9-10mins.Stir occasionally and drain well.
For meatballs, in a bowl mix minced mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, form into balls.Deep fry the balls in hot oil and keep aside.
For sauce, in a pan , saute onion and garlic in olive oil.Add tomatoes puree, salt, sugar, pepper.Boil till the sauce thickens.
Now add fried meatballs to the sauce and coat them with the sauce.Keep aside..
Next add the spaghetti to the sauce and toss for a minute or two.
Remove the spaghetti in a serving dish and top with the meatballs.Serve hot.
