In a deep pan, add olive oil
Saute chopped onions
Add ginger-garlic paste
Then add veggies.. any kind of veggies of your choice
Fry them.. add soya sauce, tomato sauce
Add green chillies..add seasoning.. add vegetable stock
Bring them to boil for 5-7 minutes
In a serving bowl, place the boiled noodles.. cover it with prepared soup..
Topped with homemade paneer, coriander sprig..
Serve hot..
