Hwat butter in a pan and saute all the veggies (except paneer and olives) for 2 minutes.
Note:- Feel free to add your favourite veggies.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, maggi masala. Mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Note:- You can adjust the spices as per your taste.
Add maggi noodle, paneer, black olives and water. Bring noodle to a boil. This may take 3-4 minutes.
Add garam masala. Stir occasionally and cook till semi dry. Switch off the flame.
Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves if you like.
