Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 packets maggi noodle along with taste maker

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tomato finely chopped

  • 2 green chilli finely chopped

  • 1 capsicum diced

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 10-12 balck olives

  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes

  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as needed

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tsp chilli paste

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

Directions

    Hwat butter in a pan and saute all the veggies (except paneer and olives) for 2 minutes. Note:- Feel free to add your favourite veggies.

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, maggi masala. Mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Note:- You can adjust the spices as per your taste.

    Add maggi noodle, paneer, black olives and water. Bring noodle to a boil. This may take 3-4 minutes.

    Add garam masala. Stir occasionally and cook till semi dry. Switch off the flame.

    Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves if you like. Enjoy ☺
