Comine corn flour and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
Heat butter in a deep pan. Add ginger garlic paste saute on medium flame for a few seconds.
Add corn kernels, crushed sweet corn kernels, mixed veggies and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes. Stir continuously.
Note:- I used carrots, potato, cauliflower, cabbage. Feel free to add your favourite veggies. 😊
Add water and boil till all the veggies are cooked. Cooking on low to medium flame makes the soup taste better. 😉
Add spring onions, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Save some spring onions for garnishing.
When soup starts boiling add corn starch water and stir continuously. Cook for another 5 minutes or until it thickens.
Switch off the flame. Take it in a serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
Serve it hot or warm.
