chicken stock 1/2 litre
kaffir lime leaves 5-6 nos
stalks of lemongrass (only the white part to be used) 2 nos
green chilies 2 nos
tomato paste 1 tsp
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
salt or to taste 1/2 tsp
mushroom, sliced 1/2 cups
prawns / shrimps, cleaned & deveined 1/2 cups
juice of lime 1/2 nos
coriander leaves to garnish 1 tsp
Bring the stock to a boil. Then add the kaffir lime leaves, galangal and lemongrass. Simmer on a low flame for 7-8 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients (except lime juice and coriander leaves). Simmer further for 3-5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and drizzle some lime juice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as a light meal.
