  • Breast nd leg piece of chicken , curd , onion , whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste , salt ,turmeric , 1 table spoon kaju paste

  • 1/2 Oil , 1/2 ghee nd kasuri methi

    Marinate the chicken with curd , garlic ginger paste nd lil salt . Boil the onion nd make paste . Now pour the oil nd ghee in the pan add 3 -4 whole garam masala , pour the onion paste . When it starts releasing oil add the marinated chicken nd cover with lid. Aftr sometime when the chicken is cooked at the kaju paste , salt according to taste nd slit green chillies . At last when the whole preparation starts releasing oil put off tHe gas sprinkle lil kasuri methi nd cover with lid for sometime . Serve with hot naan.
