Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Spinach fresh leaf 2 cups

  • Onion small fine chop 1 nos

  • Garlic pod fine chop 2-3 nos

  • Ginger grated 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

  • Black pepper powder to taste 1 tsp

  • Sugar (optional ) 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 1-2 tsp

  • fresh malai/cream as required 1/4 cups

Directions

    Blanch the spinach leaf n put in cold water.

    Now grind n make puree.

  • 03

    Take a pan on flame add butter add garlic n ginger salute 1 min. add onion and saute .

    Add spinach puree add salt n sugar (optional ) n cook few minute.

    Add 4-5cup water n boil it.

  • 06

    Now add cornflour salary and pepper powder when soup get thick switch off the flame.
