Ingredients
Serves 3
chicken ,cut into medium pieces 400 gms
wheat flour 3 tbsp
milk 1 cups
olive oil 2 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
carrot,cut into cubes 1 cups
beans,cut into pieces 1/2 cups
potato ,cut into cubes 1 cups
baby corn,cut into pieces 1/2 cups
sweet corn 1/4 cups
mushroom, cut into pieces 1/2 cups
sweet corn 1/2 cups
chopped garlic 2 tbsp
black peppercorns powder 2 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt or as per taste 2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pressure cooker ,add chopped garlic, sliced onions ,saute it for a while.
Add chicken pieces,all veggies , half quantity black peppercorns powder,sugar, salt ,fry it in low flame for couple of minutes.
Now add wheat flour give a quick mix ,add 3-4 cup of water ,close the lid till a whistle, keep aside.
Open the pressure cooker ,add milk ,boil it for 2-3 minutes,put off the flame.
Add rest of the peppercorns powder and butter.
Serve hot.
Enjoy with garlic bread.
