In a bowl, take rice flour along with green chillies, onion, carrot, cheese and salt.
Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough by adding oil.
Divide the dough into two equal sized balls and keep aside.
Take one ball, place it on a greased hot tawa and gently press it form a circular roti.
Simmer the flame, smear little oil and cook both the sides.
Repeat the same for the remaining dough.
Now take one cooked Akki roti and spread it with pizza sauce.
Arrange corn, cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, capsicum on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle grated cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Now place the Akki roti pizza on tawa, summer the flame and close it with a lid.
Cook until the cheese starts melting.
Once done, remove from the tawa and sprinkle with pizza seasoning while serving.
Serve hot.
