Heat butter in a pan or wok and saute all the veggies (except paneer and olives) for 2 minutes.Note:- You can add your favourite veggies.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, maggi masala. Stir well. Saute for 1-2 minutes.Note:- You can adjust the spices as per your taste.
Add maggi noodles, paneer, black olives and water. Bring noodle to a boil. This may take 2-3 minutes.
Add garam masala. Stir occasionally and cook till semi dry. switch off the flame.
Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves if you like.Enjoy ☺
