Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos maggi noodle packets along with taste maker


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tbsp melted butter


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 2 nos green chillies finely chopped


  • 1 nos capsicum diced


  • 1/2 cups paneer cubes


  • 10-12 nos black olives


  • 1/2 cups peas


  • 1/2 cups corn kernels


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as needed


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan or wok and saute all the veggies (except paneer and olives) for 2 minutes.Note:- You can add your favourite veggies.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, maggi masala. Stir well. Saute for 1-2 minutes.Note:- You can adjust the spices as per your taste.
  • Add maggi noodles, paneer, black olives and water. Bring noodle to a boil. This may take 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garam masala. Stir occasionally and cook till semi dry. switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves if you like.Enjoy ☺
