Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms paneer cut in cubes


  • 5 nos red tomato chopped


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves


  • 2 tbsp kaju soaked in water


  • 4 tbsp butter


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 tsp kashmiri mirch


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp cream or malai


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

Directions

  • heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan add cinnamon stick,green chilly,garlic and ginger .
  • toss for a minute add tomato and cook till it become soft
  • take it out from pan and let it cool.
  • make a fine paste and strain it do not add water.
  • make fine paste of kaju by adding little water
  • in pan heat remaining butter and add kashmiri mirch.
  • add coriander pwd and mix add sabzi masala and tomato paste and let it simmer .
  • add kaju paste and simmer it for few minute.
  • add paneer and mix it add salt nd put lid on it and cook for a minute.
  • add cream and kasuri methi.
  • nd its ready
