  • Chopped carrot 1 cup

  • Chopped onion 1 medium size

  • Chopped ginger 1 tep

  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Water 3 cup

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

    METHOD Peel and chop carrot. Heat butter in a pressure cooker. Add onion,garlic.ginger,carrot and three cup of water. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker. When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas for ten mins. Once cooled,blend the mixture till smooth Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Pour lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
