  • 2 cups base dough:maida (all purpose flour) o wholemeal flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp nido (milk powder)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 4 nos sauce : tomatoes

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli or chilli sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1/2 tsp oregano n lil thyme o basil

  • 1/4 kgs toppings: chicken boneless cubes

  • 1/4 cups prawns o fillet cubes (pan fried in lil oil, wid garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder)

  • 1/2 cups veggies of yor choice (i use capsicum, french beans, sweetcorns, onions, mushrooms n olives)

  • 1 tbsp mozarella cheese grated


  • Base Dough: Bind Soft Dough Using Ol Ingredients Wid Warm Water, N Let Rise For An Hr N Hlf.
  • Punch Bek, Roll Into Smol Rotis N Place On Greased Cupcake Tray N Let Rise For Anoder 10mins.
  • Den Bake In Oven On 200°C To Pinkish Color Remuv N Let It Cool
  • Finish Baking Ol
  • Sauce: Blend Ol Accept Oregano With 1/4 Cup Of Water, Add Herbs N Kip On Boil Til Its Fyne Paste.
  • Remuv N Let It Cool
  • Toppings: Toppings Depend On Individual But Base, Sauce N Cheese Is Must
  • Instructions: In Each Cup Put Enuf Of Tomato Paste N Smear Evenly By Rolling De Cup
  • Put Veggies
  • Also Put Chicken
  • On Top Of Ol Sprinkle Cheese
  • Bake On 200°C Til Cheese Melts
